2Heijunka Electronic Board

On line Production Tracking Board . Heijunka Electronic Board itВґs a master synchronizer between Assembly Area (Production) and Supplying Area (Materials). Heijunka Electronic Board implements production tracking and materialВґs flow as TPS dictates . Main characteristics are Synchronizer, Modular, Flexible/Programable, Error-Proofing-tool (Poka Yoke), Production-Progress On-line Monitor, Metrics Provider.

3Materials Coverage Electronic Board
